Booking terms
These terms apply to bookings made directly with us. For a booking on Airbnb, the terms of the Airbnb listing apply.
Booking and payment
- The booking is confirmed in writing (WhatsApp or email), with the total price of the stay.
- A deposit of 30% of the total price is paid within 48 hours of confirmation. Without a deposit, the dates may be released.
- The balance is paid 30 days before arrival. For a booking made less than 30 days before arrival, the full price is paid upon confirmation.
- Payment by Interac e-Transfer or PayPal (PayPal account or credit card). Amounts are in Canadian dollars.
Cancellation by the guest

Stays of 28 nights or more: full refund up to 30 days before arrival; after that, the first 30 nights remain due. The security deposit is always refunded in case of cancellation.
We recommend travel cancellation insurance. PayPal fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation by us
If we have to cancel (major damage, force majeure), all amounts paid are refunded to you.
House rules
- Maximum capacity: 15 guests.
- Pets are not allowed.
- All guests must be registered: unregistered visitors are not admitted and the resort may charge a fine per person per day.
- Music below 60 decibels and quiet after 9 p.m.; the resort may charge a US$100 fine for violations.
- Drones are prohibited in the resort (fine of up to RD$20,000).
- Parking only in designated spaces; parking on the street may result in a US$100 fine.
- No parties and no smoking indoors. Adults are asked for ID before arrival.
If the versions differ, the French version of these terms prevails.
