Where is Villa Santorini located?
In the private gated community of Sosúa Ocean Village, in Sosúa, Puerto Plata province, Dominican Republic. The beach is about 5 minutes away by golf cart and Puerto Plata International Airport (POP) about 15 minutes by car.
How many people can stay?
The villa sleeps up to fifteen guests in five bedrooms, with nine beds and four and a half bathrooms. All guests must be registered.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out by 11 a.m. If you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, just ask: we do our best depending on bookings.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 2 nights.
How much does it cost to rent?
From CA$700 per night, or CA$4,500 per week. The total price is confirmed for your dates, length of stay and group.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a US$1,000 security deposit is paid with the balance. It is refunded within 7 days of your departure, after the villa has been checked.
How do I book and pay?
Choose your dates and send your request by WhatsApp or email: we confirm availability and the total price, usually the same day. A 30% deposit holds your dates. Payment by Interac e-Transfer, PayPal or in Dominican pesos. You can also book on Airbnb.
What is the cancellation policy?
For a direct booking: full refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the stay price between 30 and 7 days, no refund within 7 days. A booking made on Airbnb follows the Airbnb listing’s terms.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed, without exception. Parties and smoking indoors are not permitted, quiet hours start at 9 p.m. and all guests must be registered with the community. Adults are asked for ID before arrival.
What resort access is included?
The listing includes two cards per bedroom for Al Porto, subject to availability and the club's conditions. Other clubs and facilities may require paid passes. Confirm access before your stay.
